We will assume a few default settings for you application,
Uncheck any assumptions that do not correctly reflect your application.
Conveyance surface is horizontal or maximum of 5 degree decline.
Deviation would occur in the event of incline conveyance.
Roller centers are less than or equal to 4 in.
Roller center is measured from the center of point of one roller shaft to the center point of the next. Deviation from standard would imply that centers are greater than 4”.
Idler to motorized-driven roller ration is less than or equal to 9:1.
Ratio identifying the number of idlers that are connected to a single motor-driven roller. Deviation from standard would imply a ratio great than 9:1.
O-rings are being used and diameter of o-ring is less than or equal to 3/16 in.
Deviation would occur if diameter of o-ring is greater than 3/16” or if an alternative belt type is used; flat belts, v-belts, timing belts, etc..
Idler bearing quality is precision.
Deviation would occur if a lesser quality bearing is used.
No or minimal friction between conveyor side frame and item being conveyed.
Deviation would occur if items being conveyed are allowed to come in contact with conveyor frame.
Bottom surface of item being conveyed is flat.
Deviation would occur if bottom surface of container does not allow for 100% surface contact with motor-driven roller.
