We are very pleased to announce that we have agreed and entered into the new partnership with Fastrax Conveyor Rollers, Ltd to support United Kingdom / Ireland market. PulseTM Rollers, for DC24V motor-driven roller technology, are now locally assembled in Corby, Northamptonshire, UK and fully supported by Fastrax.

Pulse® Roller's Dual-Drive MDR, the latest product released that will deliver super high torque for heavier and faster pallet handling. Two brushless DC motors built right into the tube will give you more torque, using less energy, and being less expensive than any 480VAC Pallet solution.

2.5" Pallet handling Pulse®Roller gets ready to assist you!

We have some very exciting new to share. Pulse® Roller now offers 2.5" (63.5mm) Pallet handling rollers. Our pallet rollers have the capability of driving up to 2,700lb pounds ( 1 roller per zone! ) using our high torque driver cards. For more details, please contact us.

Pulse® Roller : Low Temperature Roller is ready to Roll !
Pulse® Roller's latest product release is built for harsh conditions of freezing cold environments. Don't sacrifice valuable accumulation space because of mechanical limitations of very cold environments. Our Low temperature roller will empower you to continue your Zero Pressure Accumulation conveyor right through the freezing environment with no additional effort. Coupled with Pulse® Roller's EZ-24 or ConveyLinx® (Ethernet networked, Dual zone control) products, you could commission your Zero Pressure Accumulation without even going into a freezer. Select the Pulse® Low Temperature Roller for your next freezer project and leave your jacket and mittens at home!

● Ambient Temperature Range : 32F to -22F (0C to -30C)
● Speeds 16.1 to 202 feet per minute
● Spring Loaded Non-threaded Hex shaft
● Low temperature grease/material for bearings and gearbox
● Motor cable has low temperature flexibility down to -4F for flex applications

Kyowa's Low Temperature roller under Pulse® brand is readily available for 35 Watt (Yellow) and 50 Watt (Black) rollers. Depending on the Motor and speed code selected, roller speed's range from a remarkable 16.1 to 202 feet per minute. Also, to keep things simple we have made the Roller's dimension the same as our standard roller offerings. Condensation and corrosive gases are non-existent within these rollers and Vibrations is less than .5G.
